The materials after blasting are replaced by GZD1100 × 4200 vibrating feeder feeding PE750 × 1060 jawbone is broken for coarse crushing, and then enters PF1315 through the conveyor belt to break back for medium crushing. The crushed materials are sent to the 4YZS2460 vibrating screen by the conveyor belt for screening, and some aggregates of 0-5mm and 10-30mm are output. The rest of the materials enter the regulating silo and are sent to the VSI8518 sand making machine by the conveyor belt for processing, and then screened by the 3YZS1860 vibrating screen. The qualified materials are washed by the XSD3016 sand washing machine to obtain 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm sand and gravel aggregates.
