Basalt is a kind of traffic building stone and one of the good building materials for roads, railways, ports and runways. It has the characteristics of high compressive strength, low crush value, wear resistance, low water absorption, weak electrical conductivity, strong corrosion resistance and strong asphalt adhesion. It is internationally recognized and a good cornerstone for the development of rail and road transport.
What equipment does the basalt crushed stone production line need?
1. Primary coarse crushing: The newly mined large pieces of basalt are sent to the jaw crusher through the silo for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed materials are conveyed by the conveyor to the next process.
2. Medium and fine crushing treatment: The conveyed material is evenly sent to the cone crusher through the vibrating feeder, and the material is subjected to medium and fine crushing treatment.
3. Material screening: The materials crushed by the cone crusher are screened by the circular vibrating screen, the materials that meet the requirements of sand making size are sent to the sand making machine, and the materials that do not meet the requirements are conveyed by the conveyor to the cone crusher to be crushed again.
4. Sand making and washing: The materials that meet the requirements of sand making size enter the sand making machine for crushing and shaping. According to the actual needs of customers, choose whether to configure sand washing machine and dust removal equipment.
Basalt crushed stone production process
The stone is blasted from the mountain, and the stone smaller than 1020 mm is sent to the vibrating feeder through the dump truck. The vibrating feeder evenly sends the stones to the jaw crusher, and the jaw crusher crushes the stones quickly. The stone crushed by jaw crusher is about 150mm-300mm. The material is conveyed to the impact crusher through the vibrating feeder for the second stage crushing, and the material is graded and screened by the vibrating screen. The material larger than the finished product is returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing.
