Common faults of sand making machine and their causes and troubleshooting
1. Excessive swing of the engine body may be caused by severe wear of vulnerable parts on the impeller, excessive feed particles or blockage of the impeller channel of the grinder.
The elimination method is: replace the wearing parts of the sand machine, reduce the feed particle size or remove the blockage.
2. The particle size of the product is too large, which may be caused by the looseness of the V-belt
The elimination method is to tighten the triangle belt.
3. The idling resistance is too large, which may be due to the packing in the seal cover on the bearing.
The elimination method is: open the upper sealing cover and remove it.
4. The bearing is hot, which may be caused by lack of oil or dust or bearing damage
The troubleshooting method is: add oil or clean the bearing or replace the bearing.
5. Metal collision, which may be caused by falling off of worn parts of lining plate or impeller
