Among them, the big gear is made of cast steel ZG35SiMn, which is quenched and tempered; The pinion is made of 20CrMoTi forging, which is quenched, tempered, heat-treated and carburized on the surface. The big and small gears are paired to check the contact rate.

The new bevel gear overall transmission has a more compact structure, reduces the transmission chain, and significantly increases the productivity and efficiency by 20% under the same power consumption.

The materials stored in the raw material warehouse are crushed by the crusher, then lifted to the regulating silo by the elevator, and then sent to the European version mill host through the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. In this link, the iron remover will remove the iron containing foreign matters to ensure the internal safety of the host. The materials are crushed inside the mill by mutual rolling and grinding of the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The crushed materials are blown to the powder concentrator for separation under the action of the wind. The sorted qualified materials enter the cyclone collector through the pipeline for collection, and are output by the discharge valve as finished products. The materials that do not meet the fineness requirements return to the host machine for grinding again. The milled finished products are lifted to the finished product tank for storage through the elevator.

The whole air flow system of the European plate mill is closed and circulates under negative pressure. Excess gas and fine powder are sent to the dust remover for filtering through the pipeline, the dust is collected by the dust remover, and the residual gas is discharged after purification, effectively protecting the environment.
