Project site introduction:
Bulk materials after blasting pass through GZD1300 × 4900 vibrating feeder enters PE900 × 1200 deep cavity jaw is broken for primary crushing, and then sent by belt conveyor to two PFW1315 Ⅲ European plates for secondary crushing. The crushed materials are screened by two 4YZS2460 vibrating screens to obtain four finished materials of 0-5-10-20-31.5mm. Materials larger than 31.5mm are returned to PFW1315 Ⅲ European plates for re crushing through belt conveyor.

Limestone crushing equipment with an hourly output of 500-600 tons. The stones are blasted down from the mountain. The dump truck sends the stones less than 930 mm into the vibratory feeder, which evenly sends the stones into the jaw crusher . The jaw crusher crushes the stones in the first section. The stones broken from the jaw are about 160mm-275 mm. The vibratory feeder sends the materials to the European version for the second section of crushing, The materials are graded and sieved through the circular vibrating screen. The materials larger than the finished products are returned to the counter crushing area for re crushing. The finished products are transported to the finished products area by the belt conveyor.
