Detailed introduction to equipment performance, output and production process of machine-made sand production line
The manufactured sand is processed by the sand making machine and other auxiliary equipment. The finished product is more regular, the material source is fixed, and the mechanized production mode ensures the quality of manufactured sand is stable and the particle size is adjustable and controllable. It can be processed into sand of different rules and sizes according to different process requirements, which can better meet daily needs. Only the machine-made sand equipment can produce qualified and applicable sand and gravel.
Machine made sand production line equipment:
The machine made sand production line is composed of five systems: raw material pretreatment system, metering central control system, pulverizing system, packaging system and dust collection system. The specific equipment includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. According to different process requirements, various types of equipment are combined to meet different process requirements of customers.
Production process of machine-made sand production line:
The processing and production process of machine-made sand for stone is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher , and sand making and shaping by sand maker.
1. Coarse crushing: the large stones are uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed stones are screened by the vibrating screen and then transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
2. Fine crushing: after medium and fine crushing, the stone transported to the counter impact/ cone crushing shall be screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the stone with larger particles shall be returned to the counter impact/cone crushing for further crushing.
3. Send the crushed stone to the sand machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean stone is required, it can be sent to the sand washer for cleaning.
4. The dried finished river pebbles shall be packaged and stored.
