2.Grinding. The crushed small pieces of quartz stone are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding evenly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder. LM vertical mill, MTW European version mill and 5X European version intelligent mill can be selected for fine powder processing; LUM superfine vertical mill and MW ring roll superfine mill are generally selected for superfine powder processing, and CM European style coarse grinding and straight through centrifugal mill are selected for coarse powder processing.
3. Grading. Quartz stone powder after grinding shall be graded by the powder concentrator, and unqualified powder shall be returned to the host machine for re grinding after being graded by the powder concentrator.
4. Powder collection. The powder conforming to the fineness flows through the pipeline into the dust collector for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo through the outlet by the conveyor, and then uniformly packaged with powder loading tanker or automatic packer.
