Direct to the site: trial operation of granite/basalt crushing production line with an hourly output of 600-700 tons
Site introduction:
The production line is located in Tongren City, which enjoys the reputation of "the gateway to Qiandong", and is also known as Taoyuan Tongren because of its unique charm of plateau landscapes and winding roads. The project relies on superior natural environment and rich mineral resources to produce sand and gravel aggregates which are mainly used for highway construction and concrete mixing station. In consideration of the sustainability of the ecological environment, SMMVIK's engineers, through rigorous scheme design, have created this boutique line with low pollution, no dust and in line with many national regulations.
Process flow introduction:
Granite and basalt crushing equipment with an hourly output of 600-700 tons. The stone is blasted down from the mountain. The dump truck sends the stone less than 1020 mm into the vibratory feeder, which sends the stone evenly to the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher crushes the stone in the first section. The stone after jaw breaking is about 150 mm - 300 mm. The vibratory feeder sends the material to the hydraulic cone crusher for the second section crushing, The crushed materials are screened by the circular vibrating screen. The materials larger than 40mm return to the cone for crushing. The materials below 40mm are sent to the shaping machine by the belt conveyor for shaping. The reshaped finished products are screened by circular vibrating screen and then transported to the finished product area by belt conveyor.
