1、 Use of fly ash

2、 Production and processing technology of fly ash
Raw materials (fly ash) enter the regulating silo for stacking via bucket elevator. The materials are uniformly conveyed into the LM roller mill by the closed constant feeder for grinding.
When materials enter the LM roller mill, they will move evenly from the middle of the grinding disc to the edge under the effect of centrifugal force. When passing the grinding roller table area on the grinding disc, large materials will be crushed directly by the grinding roller, and fine materials will be crushed to form a bed for inter particle crushing. The crushed materials will continue to move towards the edge of the grinding plate until they are taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, while the larger materials will fall back to the grinding plate to continue crushing. When the materials in the airflow pass through the upper separator, under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles will return to the grinding plate for grinding, and the qualified fine powders will be grinded together with the airflow, collected by the system's powder collector, and the collected materials are finished products.
3、 Fly ash processing equipment

These types of mill equipment mainly focus on the product fineness and output.
