Grinding principle of vertical mill (vertical mill): the materials to be grinded are sent to the center of the rotating grinding plate by the air lock feeding equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials move towards the periphery of the grinding plate and enter the grinding roller table. It is crushed under the action of grinding roller pressure. At the same time, the materials after grinding are blown up by the high-speed air flow at the wind ring to dry the suspended materials, and the fine powders are brought into the separator by hot air for grading. The qualified fine powders are collected by the dust collection equipment as products, and the unqualified coarse powders fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. In this way, the whole process of grinding operation is completed, and the integrated operation of fine crushing, drying, grinding and powder selection is realized.
