First of all, when installing the machine, professionals are required to do the preliminary work of the ground concrete infrastructure, and then design and plan according to the terrain of the production site. Usually, there will be two different situations.
One is that the two devices are on the same horizontal line, that is, on the same level. At this time, both machines need to do a good job of the concrete foundation under the machine, and place the two machines on the foundation at a suitable distance from the ground. Then between the two machines, a belt conveyor is built. The belt conveyor is connected from the discharge port of the jaw crusher to the feed port of the next machine, and has a certain angle to ensure that the material can enter the secondary crusher equipment evenly and reasonably.
The second case is that the terrain itself has a certain drop, that is, it is a ladder type. In this case, the jaw crusher as the primary crushing equipment should be installed on a higher terrain, and the secondary crushing equipment should be placed under the ladder. Then the belt conveyor is connected in the middle, and the belt conveyor is also connected by the discharge port of the jaw crusher to the feed port of the secondary crusher equipment.
