1. Water spray and dust removal
The three main parts of the dust inlet, outlet and crushing chamber are equipped with water spray devices, and each position has two water spray nozzles. Among them, the two nozzles at the inlet point towards the inlet. The two nozzles at the outlet form a certain angle with each other, so that the water spray is in a cross state, so as to achieve the water spray effect. The nozzle of the crushing chamber is located on the rear movable jaw at an angle to the horizontal.
2. Dust collection
The vacuum cleaners are respectively installed at the discharge port and the inspection port behind the movable jaw of the crushing chamber, and the diffusion of dust is controlled by the vacuum suction device. Among them: the dust cover of the vacuum cleaner at the exhaust port is about 1000mm away from the exhaust port, and the plane of the dust cover is perpendicular to the flow direction of the dust; the connection air pipe between the dust cover of the vacuum cleaner and the fan behind the movable claw is designed to be retractable Tube to facilitate refueling and routine maintenance of damaged movable jaws.
3. Clean the pre-screened vibrating screen frequently
Before the material enters the jaw crusher, the material will be pre-screened by a vibrating screen to remove small particles and dust. Therefore, the vibrating screen should be cleaned frequently to prevent clogging and ensure its screening effect, to avoid a large amount of dust entering the crushing system and causing dust to fly.
4. Reasonable choice of tooth plate
When selecting a toothed plate, it is necessary to select a toothed plate with a large number of teeth and a small tooth shape, which is conducive to improving the crushing efficiency and reducing the generation of dust.
5. Firmly and reliably fix the tooth plate
Jaw crushers generate frequent shock loads during operation. Ore and tooth plate are often collided and squeezed. The fixed tooth plate and the movable jaw tooth plate, especially the fixed tooth plate, are easy to loosen or fall off. Once the tooth plate loosens or falls off, it will seriously reduce the crushing efficiency of the crusher, so that the ore stays in the crushing cavity for a long time, resulting in multiple frictions between the ore and the tooth plate, resulting in a lot of friction.
