1. Process design and equipment selection
In view of the plateau climate characteristics such as hypoxia and large temperature difference in Lhasa, SMMVIK's engineer team rushed to the site to investigate, formulate and optimize the plan, and tailor-made soil removal, crushing, screening and sand making for customers. All in one, the environmental protection process scheme combining dry dust removal and wet sand making.
2. Construction
In view of the special conditions such as lack of oxygen, large temperature difference, lack of materials, poor transportation road conditions and short effective construction time in the plateau area, smmvik project department has fully considered the difficulties that may be encountered in the process of equipment installation, and made full preparations for the welding process, cold resistant electrical appliances and hydraulic components under the condition of lack of oxygen, so as to ensure that the project can be completed with high quality and short construction period.
3. Summary
Today, Lhasa's eastern suburbs river pebble EPC sand production line has been officially put into operation, and the project is running stably, and has been highly praised by customers. Since the official promotion of SMMVIK's EPC project general contracting project, it has successfully served nearly 1,000 customers across the country.
