The SMMVIK sand making machine is fed by the central feeding accompanied by the annular waterfall: the material falls into the feeding hopper, and then falls through the annular hole, and is divided into two strands by the bulk material tray. The strands enter the high-speed rotating impeller through the distributing plate, and the other strands fall from the surrounding of the distributing plate. The material entering the impeller is rapidly accelerated in the impeller and then thrown out at a high speed. First, it impacts the other part of the material that is free-falling around the bulking plate crushed, and then impacted on the vortex lining (or counterattack block) in the surrounding vortex cavity, first bounced to the top of the crushing cavity, and then deflected to move downward, colliding with the material emitted from the impeller channel. The continuous material curtain is finally discharged through the lower discharge port.
