Background of the project:
The client, Lhasa Urban Investment, is a state-owned enterprise wholly-owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It has participated in more than half of the local municipal engineering, road and bridge construction, real estate development and other projects, and has strong financial resources and rich experience. This project is located in Dazi Industrial Park, covering an area of 170,000 square meters. It is a new type of stone processing plant integrating environmental protection, energy saving and high yield. Most of the stone produced is used by its commercial mixing station.

The material processed in this project is river pebbles. At present, the entire production line using SMMVIK equipment has reached an output of 500 tons per hour, and the output particle size is 0-5mm, 5-13mm, 13-25mm, 25-31.5mm.
Customer site:
The raw materials enter the initial stage of the C6X145 jaw crusher through the F5X1860 vibrating feeder, and the materials ≤ 200mm pass through the feeding bar screen and are directly transported to the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen for screening and washing, and the finished sand in the raw materials is screened. After washing, it will directly enter the finished product warehouse of Yuansha. Among them, the materials of ≥200mm are crushed by the jaw crusher, and then enter the block rock buffer bin together with the 5~200mm materials. The materials in the block rock buffer bin are sent to the HST315S2 coarse crushing single-cylinder cone crusher through the belt conveyor for second-stage crushing. After the coarse crushing cone crusher The last material enters the 2YK3X3075 vibrating screen for screening treatment, and returns the material ≥40mm to the Zhongshi buffer bin (when the pressure of the Zhongshi buffer bin is high, it can be returned to the boulder buffer bin), and then enters the HST315H2 fine crushing cone crusher and the S5X2760-2 The vibrating screen forms a closed loop. The semi-finished mixture of ≤40mm enters the semi-finished product buffer silo, is shaped and sanded by VSI6X1263 vertical impact crusher, and then enters the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen for screening and classification, and the finished material is transported to each finished product warehouse for storage.
