During this time, a part of the finished products of 5-10mm and 10-20mm will be screened out, and other materials will enter the fine crushing and sand making;
The finely crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen for screening, and the materials that meet the required particle size are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, and the washed materials are output by the finished product conveyor belt to obtain the finished product; The sand making machine is used for reprocessing, forming a closed loop for many times, and the particle size can be combined and classified according to user requirements. If the machine-made sand production line adopts the dry sand production process, it can be equipped with dust removal equipment and coarse and fine powder separators. If the green sand production process is used, a sand washing machine is required.
