New product release! VU tower-type sand making system, a new direction for high-grade sand making
VU floor sand making machine is the equipment that SMMVIK has deployed in the field of high-grade sand and gravel aggregates in recent years. Its sand making effect, efficiency, output and mode are in line with the new needs and directions of future intensification, environmental protection and intelligence. After SMMVIK launched two new models of CI5X2023 impact crusher and MRN218 European version pulverizer at Bauma, the fifth-generation member of the VU aggregate optimization system family, the VU300 pure sand making system, was also launched a few days ago.
As user needs have changed from only pursuing cost performance to high performance, high quality and high reliability; construction environments such as plateaus and extreme cold and safe and efficient construction methods have put forward higher and more stringent requirements for the mining machinery industry. Only by seeking to improve the value space, driving growth with value, and constantly innovating, can we overcome difficulties and remain invincible in the market fluctuations.
The VU300 aggregate optimization system is designed with the concept of "high quality, high intensification, and green environmental protection". It integrates crushing and shaping, sand making and screening, stone powder control, gradation adjustment, moisture content control, and environmental protection treatment. It has a high degree of automation , convenient operation, integrated modularization, compact equipment, reasonable process flow, smooth production, complete product spectrum, wide coverage, fast construction and installation speed, etc. It is the ideal for high-quality sand production in the super-large production capacity of 240-300TPH national standard II zone equipment.
The VU300 aggregate optimization system is mainly divided into three major modules: shaping sand making, wind screening and dust collection, which determine the system's ability to crush sand, separate sand and gravel, and collect powder and dust, as well as the energy consumption of the system. performance, quality of finished sand (grain shape, gradation, fineness modulus, powder content, etc.) and emission standards.
Drawing on the concept of the pulverizer circulating air duct system, the VU300 aggregate optimization system pioneered the use of an internal circulating air duct system. Stone powder collection and silt separation were completed in the internal circulating air duct, while the negative pressure dust collection air was used to ensure the system. All pipes and seals are in a negative pressure state to inhibit the leakage of dust. In this way, it not only satisfies the environmental protection standard requirement of ≤10mg/m³ emission of particulate matter, but also greatly saves the overall operating energy consumption of the system.
