The processing flow of basalt sand making production line is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand making and shaping by sand making machine.
Stage 1: Coarse Crushing
In this stage, it is the initial breaking. In this process, jaw crusher is used to break large basalt materials into small and medium ones. The specific process is as follows: Basalt bulk materials are uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen and then transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
Stage 2: Medium and fine crushing
This step requires the use of an impact crusher or a cone crusher to crush the medium and small pieces of material again. The specific process is as follows: after the basalt sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher is crushed in medium and fine, it is screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher for re-crushing.
Stage 3: Sand Making
The crushed basalt is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean basalt is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
Stage Four: Packaging
The dried finished materials are packaged and stored.
