Professional grinding machine developed for graphite ore grinding
With the development of the ore industry, the mining of graphite ore is becoming more and more abundant, and its use is extremely wide, almost every industry will use it. The hardness of graphite ore is generally medium hard or medium hard and soft, and the grade is generally between 2% and 10%. The crushing process is relatively simple. Three stage open circuit, two stage open circuit, one stage crushing process or flotation process are often used.
Small and medium-sized ores mainly for processing weathered ores can be directly fed into the vertical mill developed by SMMVIK without crushing. The general flotation process is generally a closed circuit process with multistage grinding, multistage separation and sequential (or centralized) return of middlings. The multi-stage process has three forms, namely concentrate regrinding, middling regrinding and tailings regrinding. Most crystalline graphite adopts concentrate regrinding process, and the recovery rate of beneficiation operation can reach about 80% under normal conditions. Some mines have tried middling regrinding process, but the effect is not obvious. Some small plants also adopt open circuit or semi open circuit flotation processes, because too many tailings are discarded. The recovery rate of beneficiation is very low, generally only 40%~50%.
SMMVIK has made profound research and analysis on the above graphite ore crushing, and classified the equipment commonly used in graphite ore crushing as Raymond mill, high pressure suspension roller mill, high pressure micro powder mill and ultra-fine mill. Henan SMMVIK Technology Co., Ltd., based on the proprietary nature of graphite ore and common beneficiation methods, has built an integrated equipment for graphite ore from rough grinding to fine grinding and then to ultra-fine grinding through investigation and research. It has low investment cost, high efficiency, safe and reliable operation, energy conservation and environmental protection!
