1. Blockage caused by high humidity of the material
If the water content of the raw material is high and the viscosity is high, the crushed material will easily adhere to both sides of the sieve hole of the grate plate and the lining plate, causing the material to be blocked. In this case, pre-heating the impact plate and the feed port, installing drying equipment, or sun exposure, in order to reduce the moisture content of the material.
2. Blockage caused by too hard and too large materials
When the hardness of the material is large or the particle size is large, the crushing between the impact plate and the hammer will not be sufficient, and the discharge port will also be blocked. At this time, it should be noted that it is not easy to put too much material into the crushing cavity, and an electric bell can be installed at the feeding port to control the feeding.
3. The V-belt is loose and the transmission kinetic energy is insufficient

4. The main shaft of the equipment is damaged
