Cone crusher is a secondary crushing equipment in crushing and stone production line. The crushed products do not need to be processed again, and can be used directly as raw materials. However, due to some factors in the work, the products crushed by the equipment are too poor, and three crushing steps are required, which greatly increases the production cost. 1. Damage to the moving and fixed cones: If the moving and fixed cones of the cone crusher are seriously damaged during work, not only will they not be able to exert their due crushing force during crushing, but the materials will not be properly broken, resulting in crushing the output material is too large, which will affect the quality of the product; it will also be unable to discharge the crushing cavity due to the large particle size of the product, causing the crushing cavity of the cone crusher to be blocked.
2. The material does not meet the requirements of the equipment: During the work, the equipment has certain requirements for the crushed material, and the hardness and blockness of the cut material do not exceed the maximum limit of the equipment. If the material to be crushed exceeds the limit, the cone crusher cannot be completed. The crushing of the material cannot meet the requirements given by the user, resulting in poor product quality.
3. The discharge port is very large: some users increase the discharge port of the cone crusher in order to increase the output of the whole machine, even exceeding the maximum limit of the equipment. The material is discharged from the discharge port before it is sufficiently broken in the crushing cavity. The particle size of the discharged material does not meet the requirements of the user at all, the quality of the material is poor.
4. Voltage instability: Voltage is also a key factor affecting product quality. If the voltage of the cone crusher is sometimes stable and sometimes too low when it is running, it will not drive the equipment to crush the materials, so that the size of the crushed materials will be uneven,poor quality, etc.
5. Unreasonable structure and equipment of crushing chamber: the crushing chamber is the crushing area of cone crusher. If the structure design is unreasonable, the product quality will be affected. If the chamber height and depth of the crushing chamber can not meet the requirements, when the materials are crushed in the crushing chamber, due to the small space, they cannot get the required crushing times, and are forced out of the chamber, so that the crushed products are too poor to meet the requirements.
