Return visit to Fujian sand production line with an hourly output of 220 tons, making sand from granite and river pebbles
Fujian Province is located in the southeast coast of domestic, with hilly terrain and landforms. It is rich in granite, river pebbles and other resources. The demand for crushing and sand making equipment has always maintained a high level. In the warm and humid mountains, a granite river pebble sand production line with an hourly output of 220 tons is working in full swing. This is a production line that SMMVIK built here two years ago. It adopts the standard sand production line configuration scheme of PE jaw breaker + HPT cone breaker+ 5X sand maker.
The main raw materials of this 220 ton sand making line are local granite and cobbles. The raw materials of many gravels and sand making plants will not remain the same. SMMVIK also made careful consideration based on the composition of these two raw materials to ensure that the raw materials can be seamlessly switched at any time, and the operation is stable. The output of finished sand is large, the grading is reasonable, and the grain size of the finished product is good. After the automatic screening and re crushing of auxiliary equipment such as vibrating screen, the fine machine-made sand below 5mm can be stably discharged.
In the coastal area of Fujian, however, sea sand is used for construction, which is easy to cause harm to steel bars and ingredients. The exploitation of natural sand is almost exhausted. Now the state vigorously supports the project of replacing natural sand with machine-made sand. The project takes abundant local granite and river pebbles as raw materials, uses cost-effective and high-yield hydraulic cone breaker and sand making machine to produce sand and gravel aggregates with reasonable grading and less returns and high-quality machine-made sand, which meets the needs of customers. It is another successful sand making case of SMMVIK in Fujian Province.
