Good operation of equipment is closely related to lubrication. Equipment lubrication refers to the use of lubricant to separate the two friction surfaces of parts and components, reduce the friction between them, and thus reduce the wear of parts and components A standard lubrication operation can effectively improve the service life of the equipment. This article sorts out five principles in equipment lubrication:
1. Fixed point. It refers to determining the lubrication position of each equipment according to the equipment lubrication manual. Equipment maintenance personnel must be familiar with the lubrication position of each equipment, and be able to fill and replace the lubricant for each equipment according to the positions and lubrication points specified in the lubrication manual.
2. Qualitative. It refers to the brand and quality requirements of the lubricant to be used for each equipment. Each equipment must use the lubricant type and brand specified in the lubrication manual according to the specified requirements; When filling and changing lubricant, clean tools and instruments must be used to ensure the cleanness of oil; When oil products are mixed, scientific basis shall be provided, otherwise, different kinds of lubricating oils shall not be mixed.
3. Timing. It means that the equipment shall be filled and the lubricant shall be replaced according to the oil filling and changing time required in the equipment lubrication manual. Before equipment operation, the equipment must be inspected according to the spot inspection requirements, and the parts that need daily lubrication shall be lubricated. The parts that need to be supplemented shall be supplemented, and those that need to be replaced shall be replaced in time to meet the requirements for equipment lubrication.
4. Quantitative. It refers to the filling or replacement of lubricant according to the quantity of lubricant specified in the equipment lubrication manual. The lubricant shall be used reasonably according to the standard requirements, which shall ensure lubrication and avoid waste; The oil in the oil tank shall be replenished in strict accordance with the equipment instructions or technical requirements. If the oil level is lower than the minimum scale or higher than the maximum scale, it shall be adjusted to the specified scale in time.
5. Appoint personnel. It refers to the responsibility of operators or maintenance personnel for lubrication of each equipment. The operators of each shift are responsible for daily inspection of the equipment lubrication system. If the appearance color of the oil is obviously black, emulsified seriously, dried and hardened, and there are obviously visible solid particles, it should be replaced immediately; The operators of each shift are responsible for refueling and lubricating the daily refueling parts before and during the shift.
