The gravel aggregates produced are mainly used for local road construction and concrete mixing stations. The processing materials of this production line are granite and limestone; According to the characteristics of granite and limestone, our engineers designed a three-stage crushing and screening process for customers. In the initial crushing, we adopt the "flagship product" PE750 of SMMVIK × 1060 jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing, and materials pass through GZD1100 × After the 4200 vibrating feeder enters the jaw crusher for crushing, the materials less than 150mm will be conveyed by the belt conveyor to HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher with laminated crushing principle for secondary crushing. The crushed materials with particle size less than 40mm will enter the 5X9532 sand machine for tertiary shaping. The materials larger than 40mm will enter the HPT cone crusher again for crushing. The materials shaped by 5X9532 will be conveyed by the belt conveyor to 3YZS circular vibrating screen for screening, The rear materials are washed by the sand washer and then transported to the finished material pile. The particle size of the finished sand aggregate is 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm.
