If it is discarded, it will cause a waste of resources.
Steelmaking in my country discharges more than 10 million tons of steel slag every year, and the treatment of steel slag has always been a difficult problem for my country's steelmaking industry. Production process of steel slag sand making
1. First determine the rough crushing position and arrange it near the treatment plant to reduce the distance of raw material transportation. The steel slag is uniformly and continuously fed to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for rough crushing, and then sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for processing. Secondary processing to meet the particle size requirements of sand making.
2. After the crushing treatment, it is evenly sent to the sand making machine for sand making and shaping, and the feed less than 55mm is produced into a size of 0.25-0.5mm, and then transferred to the next production process.
3.The steel slag enters the vibrating screen through the conveyor, and the 4-layer screen can screen 3 kinds of grain size sand at one time. The finished sand is stored or transported to the construction site by pickup truck.
