4. Sand making equipment: sand making machine. The product is cubic, with good grain shape, reasonable gradation and adjustable fineness modulus, especially suitable for artificial sand making and stone shaping.
5. Screening equipment: vibrating screen. The stone is sieved to classify the stone specifications of different particle sizes.
6. Conveying equipment: conveyor belt. The "bridge" that works together with each other is an auxiliary equipment.
The operation mode of tunnel slag sand making equipment can be selected, fixed or mobile.
Fixed tunnel slag sand making equipment requires piling and fixing of all equipment in the production line. There are two methods of concrete pouring and steel frame fixing, so there are certain requirements for the surrounding environment, and a flat and spacious site is required to build the production line;
The mobile tunnel slag sand making equipment does not need to be fixed by piling. The selected sand and gravel equipment is placed on a mobile carrier, and there are two walking modes: tire type and crawler type.
The tire type, the transition needs to be pulled by a semi-trailer, and the turning radius is small, which is more suitable for the scene with relatively flat terrain;
The crawler-type complete machine can move independently, has the ability to climb slopes, and can go deep into the mountains and other more complex front lines to carry out operations.
