1. Granite physical properties:
Granite is a relatively hard rock with a compressive strength of more than 30MPa. For this kind of rock, the processing from raw materials to finished products is generally carried out by the process of coarse crushing and medium and fine crushing. This paper briefly describes the configuration of the granite crushing and processing production line, and it is also applicable to basalt, diabase, andesite and other materials that are difficult to be broken or have high crushing cost. General materials can be divided into three types of technological processes according to the required product fineness: coarse crushing and medium crushing, coarse crushing and medium crushing plus fine crushing or coarse crushing and medium crushing and then fine crushing and shaping into molding materials. Generally, the shape of sand and stone processed by the shaping machine is better.
2. What equipment does the granite crushing production line need?
(1) Coarse crushing stage: it is used in the first crushing process of the crushed stone production line, and can crush large particle materials with compressive strength not greater than 320MPa to 100mm ~ 300mm
(2) Intermediate crushing stage: The impact crusher is generally used for secondary crushing in the stone crushing process; the main crushing is less than 500mm, the compressive strength is less than 350MPa rock or ore, and the material after impact crushing is cubic grain; need to pay attention to The most important thing is that the impact crusher can also be used as the first crushing process for ore crushing for materials with small input.
(3) Medium and fine crushing stage: the cone crusher uses the lamination crushing principle, with features of reliable structure, high crushing efficiency and easy adjustment. It is mainly used for crushing and processing of 13-369mm ore materials; Cone breaking, like impact breaking, is often used for the second crushing process of the crushing line. For materials with small feed, it can also be used as the first crushing process of the crushing production line. However, the feed particle size of cone crusher is generally smaller than that of impact crusher.
(4) Fine crushing stage: In this stage, a sand making machine is generally used. The sand making equipment is mainly suitable for soft, hard and very hard materials, crushing and shaping, and is usually used in the last step of the machine-made sand production line.
In addition to the above main crushing equipment, some important auxiliary equipment such as vibrating screen, feeder and conveyor are also required to complete the configuration and work of our production line.
3. Granite crushing process:
The granite is transported to the jaw crusher by conveyor and vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to a cone crusher or an impact crusher by a conveyor belt through screening for secondary crushing. After the medium and fine crushing, the circular vibrating screen is used for screening, and the larger particles are returned to the cone crusher for crushing again. The materials that meet the requirements enter the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If the materials need to be cleaned, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. Finally, to meet the requirements of packaging materials classified according to different size ranges.
