Stage: Coarse crushing
Granite bulk material is evenly fed by vibrating feeder through the silo, and conveyed to jaw crusher for coarse crushing (generally 10-30cm after coarse crushing). The coarsely crushed material is screened by vibrating screen and conveyed by belt The machine is transported to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
After the granite in the conveying cone crusher is medium and finely crushed, it is screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the cone crusher to be crushed again. Various specifications of crushed stone such as 1-2, 1, 3, 2-4, 3-6 can be adjusted.
The third stage: sand making
The crushed granite is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, which can produce machine-made sand and stone shaping materials of 0-5mm. If clean granite is required, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
