Why is your vibrating screen small in amplitude and slow in screening?

The vibrating screen can screen and classify the sand and gravel, and adjust the vibration amplitude of the vibrating screen appropriately to control the screening speed. However, have you ever encountered a situation where the amplitude is small and the sieving is slow? The following situations should be noted:

First of all, it may be due to insufficient power supply voltage that the vibration screen amplitude is too small, so be sure to connect the lines according to regulations.

Secondly, too few eccentric blocks may also affect the amplitude. You can try to increase the number of eccentric blocks to increase the amplitude.

In addition, it should be noted that the included angle of eccentric block may be too small. If the vibrating screen is equipped with a vibrating motor, the included angle of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft will affect the amplitude. The included angle becomes smaller, the exciting force becomes larger, and the amplitude becomes larger. On the contrary, the amplitude becomes smaller, so the amplitude can be adjusted by changing the included angle.

It should be noted that in the process of adjusting the amplitude of the vibrating screen, whether it is to increase the weight of the eccentric block or to adjust the angle of the eccentric block, the adjustment amount of the vibration source (vibration exciter or vibration motor) of the vibrating screen must be consistent, otherwise it will be cause equipment damage.
