Harvest in September: Zunyi Suiyang 500 ton limestone gravel line was officially put into production
The popularity of the domestic sand and gravel market this year has boosted the market heat of the crushing industry. In recent months, SMMVIK has been busy and full, and the intense production has also been accompanied by the joy of harvest. Recently, a 500 ton/hour limestone crushing production line was officially completed and put into operation in Suiyang, Zunyi. The crusher operated orderly and roared vigorously, which was the result of the joint efforts of staff and engineers in production, logistics, installation and logistics departments.
In view of the unfavorable terrain of the production site, technicians participate in the whole process and plan carefully, and use reasonable layout to avoid weaknesses. In combination with customer demand, on-site inspection and technical guidance, we have reasonably configured a gravel production line consisting of a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, two European version impact crushers and two vibrating screens. The large blocks of limestone will enter the jaw for coarse crushing through the vibrating feeder, and then be transported to the European version by the belt conveyor for second crushing. Then, the stones that meet the particle size requirements will be screened by two vibrating screens. Those that do not meet the requirements will be sent to the jaw for re crushing. The final product will be limestone gravels with particle sizes of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm.
At the production site of the 500 t/h limestone gravel line, the customer told us that the main crushing model they used before was hammering, the equipment was aging, the failure rate was high, and the after-sales service could not keep up. The model was too backward, which affected the output and quality. He chose from dozens of large and small manufacturers, and decided to cooperate with SMMVIK. From on-site inspection to program planning, from installation and commissioning to smooth production, we always put safety and stability of the production line first, and pursue value and interests from the perspective of customers. Finally, a limestone crushing production line with the stamp of SMMVIK was successfully settled here.
