Introduction

VU Aggregate Optimization System adopts original grinding technology and cascade fall shaping technology to make the finished aggregates have reasonable grading and mellow grain shape, which effectively reduces the specific surface area and porosity of coarse and fine aggregates. In addition, dry powder removing technology is adopted to make the powder content in the finished sand adjustable and controllable.

The VU Aggregate Optimization System adopts totally enclosed structure and negative pressure dust control design which ensure no waste water, sludge, dust and noise during production, meeting the national environmental protection requirements.

VU Aggregate Optimization System is equipped with the centralized control system which is able to control and monitor the operation of all devices online and to quickly set or maintain operational parameters at optimal status, so that the quality and capacity of finished aggregates gets well controlled.

There are tens of lines of numerical controlling machine tools. Operations such as steel plates' cutting, bending, planing, milling and paint spraying are all controlled numerically. The machining precision is high, especially for the core parts.
Working Principle
SMMVIK Machinery VU Tower-like Sand-making System consists of jq (also known as VU Aggregate Optimization System), FM (Fineness Modulus) Control Screen, Particle Optimizer, Moisture Controller, Dust Collector, Central Control System and steel structure. It is a complete sand-making system that produces aggregates by dry process. After being crushed and shaped by the VU Impact Crusher, the tailings below 15mm are divided into three components under the action of FM Control Screen and Dust Collector--- stone powder, reverting material and finished sand product. Stone powder is collected by Dust Collector and stored at the fine ore bin while the finished sand product enters the Particle Optimizer for further dressing and then is taken the last processing step--- mixing in humid environment. Processed by VU Tower-like Sand-making System, raw materials can be turned into high-quality sand with reasonable grading, smooth shape and controllable powder content, and dry, clean, recycled and high-quality stone powder (Application fields depend on raw materials).
