The fault phenomenon is that there is no concentrate in the cylinder skin. At this time, the magnetic machine can insert a pressure water hose from the ore feeding place to flush the blockage.

3. If there is a loophole in the tank body, such as a plate or tailing pipe in the middle of the semi countercurrent tank body, the raw ore will be short circuited into the tailings, which will increase the tailing grade. If the tailing grade suddenly rises and remains high, it can be suspected that the ore leakage is from the tank.

4. If obstacles enter the magnetic separator, the light ones will scratch the cylinder skin, and the heavy ones will jam the cylinder or scratch the cylinder skin. In case of this phenomenon, stop the machine immediately to remove the obstacles. It is forbidden to drop bolts, nuts, iron wires and other metal objects into the magnetic separator at ordinary times.
